State of the Art Tank Wash Facility

Schindewolf Express, Inc. developed its own State-of-the-art, high pressure, heated Tank wash facility. All tanks after delivery are sent back to our on site tank wash facility where each tank is given a one of a kind conversion wash. Our conversion wash consist of utilizing 150 degree hot water with a spinner dropped in each tank compartment. Bottom lines are broken down and a high pressure water jetter is utilized to blast out any debris. The same jetter is used to clean our bulk unloading hoses. Once the wash process is complete, a hot air tank dryer is utilized to dry out the tank, bottom lines and bulk hoses. Our system was design with a recycling program in mind where as we offer to pick up any used oil from our neighboring businesses and use that oil to power the boiler which in turns heats the water to wash the tanks. Extra expense was added to accomplish this requirement, but we’re doing our part to reduce, reuse, and recycle.

We offer wide range of Tank wash services including, Vacuum Tanks, Pneumatic, Regular van trailers. We can NOT wash hazardous tanks i.e. lime, oil, cement, glass. Please contact us for rates.
